About Us

Dr Emma Hodges

I am an experienced senior leader committed to improving health and care systems and services, removing where possible health inequalities.

I am an innovator with a keen interest in organisational development, inclusive cultures, community development and have a strategic and analytical way of thinking.  I love working in partnership with others and creating networks of people trying to solve problems and make progress together.

I have a professional background in Human Resources, Organisational Development and as a charity CEO. I hold a doctorate in Health Planning and Management and have an interest in using research methods as a way of understanding innovation, change and impact.

The areas of theory that I researched and continue to explore are social movement theory and organisational institutionalism.  I believe these are very relevant to the challenges faced by health and care organisations and the development of both place-based integration and issues of equity in order to create a sense of belonging for the whole community including service users and the workforce.

I am a trained Fierce Facilitator, Myer Briggs Practitioner, qualified mediator and a member of the Association for Coaching – for my full CV click here
